There’s good news and bad news for LSU softball fans. The good news: Taylor Pleasants is back to anchor the Tigers’ batting order. The bad news: She only has three years of eligibility left.
Pleasants is one of several pieces of the Tigers’ nucleus that return for the 2022 season. LSU earned a top-8 seed in the NCAA tournament last season after playing easily the nation’s toughest schedule, but saw their season end on their home field against Florida State in the Super Regional round.
