1. Conference Breakdown
Weber State won the conference regular-season and tournament crowns last season, ending a stellar regular season by earning a regional 3-seed in the NCAA tournament.
In a previously-announced move, Southern Utah left the Big Sky this summer to join the WAC.
The current softball membership in the Big Sky numbers six; those programs include Idaho State, Montana, Northern Colorado, Portland State, Sacramento State, and Weber State.
