Extra Elite 100 Influencer: Faith Mayfield
Extra Inning Softball spotlights the inspiring journey of Class of 2028 pitcher Faith Mayfield, ranked No. 38 nationally in the Extra Elite 100. Mayfield competes for Texas Blaze United 16U – Robertson and represents Sandra Day O’Connor High School in San Antonio, Texas. As an Extra Elite 100 Influencer, she brings insight and maturity beyond her years, sharing powerful lessons on the mindset and habits that drive success both on and off the field.
When given the opportunity to share her perspective as an Influencer, Faith chose to write about goal setting, mental preparation, leadership, proper rest and nutrition, positivity, and resilience—core values she believes separate good athletes from great ones. Her reflections reveal the depth of her commitment to personal growth and her determination to inspire others through example.
