Arizona outfielder Isabella Dayton has entered the NCAA’s transfer portal, sources told Extra Inning Softball‘s Justin McLeod on Saturday.
The third-year outfielder’s name appeared in the portal on November 24th, shortly before the Thanksgiving holiday. She no longer appears on Arizona’s online roster.
Dayton entered her collegiate career as the 26th overall recruit in the country and appeared in 20 games during her true freshman season in 2020. She led the program with a perfect 10-10 showing in stolen bases.
In 2021, Dayton appeared in 44 games, starting 22 of them between left and right field. She batted .221 on the year with a home run, seven RBIs, and three stolen bases to her credit.
