Southern Miss head coach Brian Levin has resigned his post, the school announced on Tuesday.

Levin spent three seasons as the Golden Eagles’ head coach, collecting a 65-62 overall record. During the 2022 season, USM finished with a 29-23 overall record and a 9-15 showing in Conference USA play.

Prior to his tenure at Southern Miss, Levin was the head coach at Belmont and Missouri-St. Louis. He also spent a tenure as the head coach of the Akron Racers in the now-defunct National Pro Fastpitch league.
