Liberty catcher Caroline Hudson has been named the Extra Inning Softball Player of the Week for her efforts during Week 4 of the Division 1 softball season.

During her team’s 4-game weekend, Hudson batted .583 (7-12) with five home runs and 11 RBIs.

Against Iona on Saturday, Hudson was a perfect 2-2 at the plate with a home run, two RBIs, and two runs scored. She went 1-3 against UConn in the second game of the weekend.

She currently leads the ASun with seven home runs on the season.
