These are the players who lost their senior year of high school softball, played their last summer of travel ball with no college coaches physically present, then got to college and balled out anyway.
The players on this list had big freshman seasons in 2021, and should be shooting for even-higher heights in 2022. Whether in the circle, at the plate, or in the field, they are difference-makers for their teams.
