Extra Inning Softball is releasing our list of the top 100 players in the Class of 2020—those current juniors who will likely sign in November to play at their dream school and have the best chance to make an impact at the collegiate level and beyond.
Today we reach the halfway point as we feature players No. 60 to 51 and include standout talent from states like Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Texas and Virginia.
We will unveil 10 numbers per day as we move down the list from 100 to No. 1 and then also publish lists with the prospects ranked #’s 101-200, 201-300, 301-400 and 401-500.
Also, look for our profile of the #1 rated player and a list of the Top College Recruiting Rankings for the ’20 class.

Players are selected based on on-field talent, successful performances—especially in big events like Nationals and showcases—as well projected growth and development and intangibles such as leadership, work ethic and the ability to make teammates better.
What’s interesting is that there are several previously uncommitted players who, now that the colleges can talk to the 2020 class as of Sept. 1, are starting to get heavy recruiting interest and they are reflected in the rankings too.
