Extra Inning Softball Hits Milestones… Now It’s Your Turn to Be A Part of It!

Over the weekend, we hit our 5-week mark since we first started publishing this site, and we at Extra Inning Softball are all amazed at the reaction and response we’ve had in such a short amount of time.

We hit 50,000 unique users in just a few weeks and our readers, subscription numbers and page views have continued to grow steadily and have far exceeded what we expected so early in the process… and we owe it all to you!

It’s been our goal to provide fastpitch softball content that’s relevant and interesting—from human interest stories to rankings to breaking news to topical issues. A mix of everything that’s important to you—the player, parent, coach, and/or fan.

In our first month, article-wise for example, we broke the story of the first ever 6th grader to commit and within 24 hours after the awful shooting in Florida had an inside account from a SEC signee whose brother was an unsung hero in saving many lives.

Every day there’s something new, fun, provocative, or noteworthy, and we’re most happy to see the softball community rally and contribute recommendations, ideas, and story suggestions to help us all learn more about this great sport and the people that drive it.

So now we want to take it to the next level—how?

By creating more content with new feature ideas coming up including contests, training info, recruiting lists, and much, more more.

CONTRIBUTORS WANTED!

To do all of these big ideas, we need more contributors sending us info! Would you be willing to help?

We’re looking for folks like you to be our eyes and ears across the country… we’re looking for people to be on our “content” team and let us know what’s happening in the local, state or regional areas.

We need your info from states like California, Florida, Texas, Illinois, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Arizona and, well, every state that plays softball including states that play high school in the fall like Georgia, Missouri, Oklahoma, and others.

WANT TO REPRESENT YOUR STATE, REGION OR EVEN CITY?

Simply, we want to build a group of contributors who can track top player and team performances—currently, for example, it’d be on the high school and college levels and soon it’ll be on the club and pro/international levels.

To be part of our team, we’ll send you an Extra Inning Softball shirt so you can represent us… and, who knows, perhaps soon there could be more swag and even compensation coming down the road!
