Texas A&M standout Haley Lee has entered the NCAA’s transfer portal, sources confirmed to Extra Inning Softball.
Lee earned All-Region honors in both 2021 and ’22; she was an All-American in 2021.
The 2021 campaign was Lee’s breakout campaign; a career .296 hitter with seven career home runs to that point, she burst onto the scene with a .422 batting average, 25 home runs, and 51 RBIs as a true junior. She became the rock of the Aggie batting order, also earning 36 walks and hitting seven doubles en route to earning All-American honors.
She continued her torrid pace at the plate during the 2022 season, batting .405 with 15 home runs, 45 RBIs, and 54 runs scored. She was walked a career-high 50 times and registered an on-base percentage of .543.
A 5th-year senior – with no graduate transfer distinction, per sources – Lee has one year of eligibility remaining.
