My name is Taylor Pannell… I’m a 2022 Auburn University commit and I play third base and shortstop on the Beverly Bandits Premier 14U team.
I’m a freshman who goes to Rock Island High School in Illinois. As I’m approaching my first year of playing high school softball, I’m a little nervous for my first season. As a Freshman you can only hope to make it on the Varsity team… but I’m up for the challenge!
This is my next chapter to my journey for PGF Nationals and Auburn University. I look forward to enhancing my softball ability, bettering my skills, and growing my character as a player. The relationships I have made at Rock Island High School will last a lifetime and makes me more excited for my future.

As my first season playing high school softball, I hope to make lots of new friends and to be a part of another Rock Island softball state championship season. I’m also looking forward to getting better as a player and practicing every day because playing on the Bandits we only have an opportunity to practice once a week.
My goal for this season is to become a more advanced player because I will be playing with girls older than me. I also want to get bigger, stronger, and faster to further help me as a softball player.
This season I’m looking forward to having an opportunity to play with Ashley Peters, who was an Extra Inning Softball 2019 Extra Elite 100 member this fall.
