Former Oregon utility player Jasmine Sievers Williams is transferring to UCF, she announced on social media.
Writing on Instagram alongside a photoshoot in a UCF uniform, Williams said, “not done yet⚔️ #chargeon”.
As a freshman in 2019, Williams was a First Team All-PAC 12 honoree and also earned all-defensive team honors from the league. She batted .326 as a rookie and led the team with 15 doubles that season.
During the abbreviated 2020 season, Williams batted .231 as the Ducks’ starting shortstop. She scored nine runs and stole five bases before the year’s abrupt end.
After taking a redshirt season in 2021, during which time she had a baby and married, Williams returned to the Ducks’ roster for the 2022 season. Taking on a utility role, Williams ended the year batting .233 with four doubles, two home runs, five stolen bases, and 15 RBIs.
Off the field, Williams also co-starred with former Oregon outfielder Haley Cruse in a series of TikTok videos that went viral online in 2019.
