Army has promoted Jen Consaul to be the program’s full-time head coach.
Consaul spent the 2023 season as the Black Knights’ interim head coach, leading the squad to a 22-37 overall record, a 10-8 mark in Patriot League play, and a berth in the conference tournament.
Prior to taking the program’s reins on an interim basis, Consaul spent three seasons as an assistant coach at West Point after joining the club in the summer of 2019.
In addition to her years at West Point, Consaul’s resume includes three years as an assistant at Charlotte and two years on staff at Canisius. A Canisius alum, Consaul earned all-conference honors as a senior and finished her career with 48 wins and a 2.68 career ERA.
