Oklahoma slugger Jocelyn Alo has been named the Extra Inning Softball Player of the Week for her efforts during Week 9 of the college softball season.
Alo batted .615 in four games this week, going 8-13 at the plate with five home runs and eight RBIs to her credit.
In a midweek game against Tulsa, Alo was 1-2 at the plate, with a sacrifice bunt that drove in a run and a stolen base to her credit.

Game two of the series saw Alo go 1-4 from the DP position, notching a single and scoring a run in her team’s second-straight run-rule win over the Red Raiders.
Sunday’s weekend finale saw Alo go 3-4 at the plate with another pair of home runs to her credit. She added a double and finished with three RBI in the game. She also earned a walk and scored a total of four runs in the game.
