Former Liberty pitcher Karlie Keeney is transferring to Oklahoma.
Keeney announced her new destination via social media on Thursday.
“God is so so good. Thank you to Coach Gasso and the entire staff for this opportunity!! Can’t wait to get to work,” Keeney wrote on Instagram.
In four years at Liberty, Keeney earned a pair of All-ASun honors. Her career numbers including a 68-29 record and 368 strikeouts in 658 innings of work.
Keeney has one year of eligibility remaining; she is the second pitcher and third player overall to join the Sooners via transfer this summer, joining former Wisconsin pitcher Paytn Monticelli and former Furman catcher Riley Ludlam.
