The Extra Inning Softball Mentorship Program offers a unique opportunity for young athletes to grow under the guidance of experienced professionals. Participants will benefit from attending monthly group training calls led by Jessie Warren to discuss the following topics: time management, strength and conditioning, nutrition and hydration, position specific training, mental toughness and focus, injury prevention, rest and recovery, mental health awareness, college recruitment, goal setting and performance tracking, social media, and reflection and planning.

Each participant will receive two 30-minute one-on-one sessions throughout the year with Jessie to discuss any topic of choice. Program participants will also have the opportunity to receive invaluable instruction from iconic guest speakers such as Kat Sandercock, Jordan Roberts, Aliyah Andrews, Tori Vidales, and others.

We believe in making this program accessible to all who are passionate about softball. We have two scholarships available for those who may be financially constrained. Instructions for applying are listed below.
