Anadio spent the last twelve years as the head coach at Herkimer, a junior college in New York. His tenure at Herkimer included the 2013 NJCAA DIII National Championship and national runner-up finishes in 2014, ’15, ’16, ’18, and 2019; the Generals earned more than 400 wins under his guidance.

The leader of the National Coaching Staff of the Year in 2013, Anadio earned eight conference Coach of the Year honors from 2011-21. He also owns a trio of Region III Coach of the Year honors in his trophy case.

Prior to his tenure as the Generals’ softball coach, Anadio spent several years on the Herkimer baseball coaching staff. His resume also includes a tenure as women’s basketball coach at Herkimer and a coaching tenure at Fulton-Montgomery Community College.

At the College of Saint Rose, Anadio takes over a program that finished the 2022 season with a 14-31 overall record and a 10-16 conference showing.
