One of the standouts for the National Champion Florida State Seminoles is do-everything athlete Macy Ratliff who was one of the rare softball players in the 2019 class who made both 1st Team Extra Inning Sports All-American as well as the Extra Elite 100, showing she produced on the field this year and has the potential to be a great one at the next level.
Macy hit .632 at the prep level as a junior and has used her speed to go 78-for-79 in steals in her career at Rison High in Arkansas.
She played this summer for Jim Heucker’s Louisville Lady Sluggers travel team, but won’t be on the summer club scene as she’ll enroll at Florida State next summer.
