Texas A&M rising sophomore Katie Dack has entered the NCAA’s transfer portal.
“Just entered the portal. Loved my time at Texas A&M but ready for my next adventure. Thank you Aggies but I am excited to see what my future holds,” Dack tweeted on Saturday evening.
A true freshman during the 2022 season, Dack saw time at multiple positions, including catcher; left field; and designated player. She finished her rookie year with thirteen home runs and 40 RBIs; both numbers ranked second among Aggie hitters.
The Colorado native earned Second Team All-SEC and Third Team All-Region honors after the season.
