The NCAA tournament selection show is TONIGHT! For the last nine weeks, we’ve published weekly Bracketology from the desk of college softball’s premier Bracketologist, Eric Lopez. Last season, Eric correctly predicted 63 of the 64 teams in the NCAA tournament field and 14 of the 16 hosting teams.
One final time before Sunday night’s selection show, we present Bracketology.
Please note: the predicted bracket in this edition of Bracketology is free to view and read; subscribers have access to extra in-depth notes below.

Princeton and Campbell completed their respective conference championships on Sunday morning; in our projections, published pre-games on Sunday, we had slots for both the Ivy League and Big South conference champions, no matter who won. The projections have not changed from either of these results… South Dakota State won the Summit League title and maintained their projected placement as the regional 3-seed at Missouri. Missouri State remains the projected 4-seed in CoMo.
