Four teams are still standing in Tier 1 of the 18U division in the Alliance Championship Series. OC Batbusters Stith, Aces Fastpitch, Fury Platinum X, and Iowa Premier are the programs left to vie for the national championship.
On Friday, both the Batbusters and Aces went 2-0 and are in the driver’s seats of their respective sides of the bracket. Both teams need just one win to advance to the tournament championship. Fury Platinum and Iowa Premier will each have to win twice to move on, having already lost once in the Elite Eight round.
After each team’s respective final game of the day on Friday, players and coaches met with media to discuss their ultimately-successful day and reaching the Final Four. See below for video clips from each team’s press conference.
