It’s hard to believe the stock of someone already ranked #5 in her class and a 1st Team Extra Inning Softball High School All-American can go any higher, but that’s proven to be true for Addisen Fisher, the outstanding 2024 pitcher from Bend, Oregon, who dominated at PGF Nationals last week.
*** [Note: the updated 2024 Extra Elite 100 will begin this month, August 22, 2022!]
In the PGF All-American Futures game, she pitched two scoreless innings and, prior to that, helped lead her NW Bullets team to a 3rd-place finish in the 18U Premier age division. She was so impressive, that on the final day she pitched, the buzz was out around the Huntington Beach (Calif.) Sports Complex and a double digit of Power 5 college coaches showed up to watch Addisen in action.
Earlier this year, we did a spotlight on her titled Extra Star Power: 2024 Top-10 Ranked Pitcher Addisen Fisher With Her Stone-Cold Stares… “Go Ahead, Make Her Day!” in which we detailed her long list of accomplishments prior to this summer which included everything from winning Oregon high school state championships to being named the state’s Gatorade Player of the Year.
The tall and intimidating player in the circle is a polar opposite off the field, as the student-athlete with a 4.0 GPA is articulate, gregarious and funny.
Here’s a video interview Extra Inning Softball did with Addi last weekend just moments after she competed in the All-Star Game as we talk about her “pitching barn” and working with aspiring pitchers as young as 10-years-old…
