Here’s our TLI for Friday, October 30, 2020 …

SCARY MOVIES
TLI loves horror films and the Spooky Season is the perfect time to catch up on some scary movies. La La and I are usually handing out candy (we like the eyeball candies) and watching some killer movies on Halloween.

We don’t know how many trick or treaters we will get this year, but TLI can offer some of our favorite old-school horror flick picks. Everyone needs a good scary movie to watch on Halloween.

Let’s start off with Freddy Krueger and “A Nightmare on Elm Street” (Amazon Prime (rent for $1.99)). Freddy stalked his prey with a gloved hand with razors and could kill you in your dreams? Oh myyyy! That’s a serious villain.
What about Michael Myers in “Halloween?” (Amazon Prime (rent for $3.99)) The king of the slashers and the best Halloweeen music of all time.
“The Walking Dead” made zombies popular, but “Dawn of the Dead” (Amazon Prime (rent for $3.99)) was the ultimate zombie flick. There’s so much going on in this movie I don’t even know where to start, but I will say “zombie pregnancy.”
Slime, Satan, Donald Pleasance, the “Prince of Darkness” (Amazon Prime (rent for $3.99)) has everthing. BTW, any movie with Donald Pleasence is automatically super creepy.
“The Serpent and the Rainbow” (Hulu (free)) is the scariest movie ever. First, it’s based on a true story. Bill Pullman plays an anthropologist who travels to Haiti to study a Voodoo drug used in religious practices to turn victims into living zombies … What could go wrong?
GETTING SPOOKY
Happy Halloween to the softball community! Let’s take a look around the softball world and see how everyone is getting into the spirit of the spooky season.
