Welcome! With a front-row seat from the company’s establishment, my overarching goal is to make a lasting impact that aligns with our new Extra Inning Softball (EIS 2.0) Initiative to Empower, Inspire, and Support athletes at all levels of the game.

It is my firm belief that our platform should serve as a beacon of positivity and encouragement for players, coaches, and fans alike. We are dedicated to upholding the highest standards of respect and professionalism.

I am acutely aware of the stress and pressure that many players experience as they strive for excellence. Therefore, I am deeply passionate about using our new EIS 2.0 Initiative (Empower, Inspire, Support), to support all athletes in maintaining and improving upon their mental health and well-being.

I am also deeply committed to sharing human interest stories that are relatable and empowering for young athletes. Through these narratives, we aim to shed light on the diverse challenges that athletes may face, and to provide a platform for discussing mental health and resilience. It is my sincere hope that by doing so, we can foster a community where individuals feel supported and understood.

Thank you for joining us as we continue to celebrate the achievements and stories of remarkable athletes while also addressing the broader spectrum of challenges they may encounter on their softball journey.
