
Introducing Extra Impact Ambassadors
At Extra Inning Softball, we believe in more than just recognizing talent on the field—we’re committed to empowering young athletes to make an impact in their softball communities.
We’re thrilled to introduce the next group of Extra Impact Ambassadors, a select group of players dedicated to leadership, mentorship, and growth both on and off the field.
This six-month program is designed to equip athletes with the skills and knowledge they need to empower, inspire, and support those around them. Our ambassadors will have the opportunity to learn from some of the most respected voices in the game, including Katie Lively, Carie Dever-Boaz, the Commit Crew, and other special guests.
What It Means to Be an Extra Impact Ambassador
As part of this program, the Extra Impact Ambassadors will:
✅ Participate in mentorship sessions with experienced softball leaders who provide guidance and insight on growth, advocacy, and leadership.
✅ Create content with their teams to highlight their journeys and promote the sport they love.
✅ Learn about branding and advocacy, discovering how to build their personal platform and represent the game in a positive and meaningful way.
✅ Engage in personal growth, gaining valuable skills that will help them as athletes, leaders, and role models.
✅ Form a strong community, connecting with other ambassadors across the country to build relationships and support each other’s success.

EXTRA INNING SOFTBALL: Bella Adams, a dedicated member of Jimmy Pipkin’s Impact Gold team, has a deep passion for softball that extends beyond the field. She recently shared with Extra Inning Softball why she aspires to be an Extra Impact Ambassador, stating, “To help build the community of softball among young ladies and give back to the sport that I love.”
Bella’s commitment to the game goes beyond personal achievement; she values the camaraderie, mentorship, and opportunities the sport provides. As a player who understands the impact of strong role models, she wants to inspire and uplift the next generation of athletes, ensuring that young girls continue to develop confidence, skills, and a love for the game.

EXTRA INNING SOFTBALL: Maci Barnes, a standout player on Kristi Malpass’s Texas Bombers Gold 14U, is eager to make a difference beyond the game. When asked why she wants to be an Extra Impact Ambassador, she shared, “To be a part in others’ journey in achieving their goals and be their support using my experiences in my softball journey.”
Maci understands the importance of encouragement and mentorship in the sport. She has experienced firsthand the dedication, challenges, and triumphs that come with competing at a high level, and she wants to use her journey to help others reach their potential. As a teammate and leader, she believes in lifting others up, providing guidance, and offering support to younger athletes who share the same passion for the game.
Her role on the Texas Bombers Gold 14U has shaped her into a hardworking, resilient, and driven athlete. She hopes to extend these values to the softball community by inspiring players to chase their dreams with confidence.
By becoming an Extra Impact Ambassador, Maci is committing herself to giving back to the sport that has given her so much. She hopes to create a positive impact, helping young athletes believe in themselves and their ability to succeed.

EXTRA INNING SOFTBALL: Milyana Baxter, a determined athlete for Bat Buster Spigner under Coach Jordan Spigner, aspires to be an Extra Impact Ambassador to inspire young players and promote a positive mindset in the softball community. She believes that softball is more than just competition—it is a privilege and a blessing that not everyone gets the opportunity to experience.
“I want to promote a positive mindset and remind every girl that plays softball that this sport is a blessing and privilege to play,” Milyana shared. Her journey in the sport is a testament to perseverance and resilience. Starting at 11 years old without any experience, she was told by five different coaches that she wasn’t good enough to play. Instead of giving up, she worked tirelessly to prove them wrong. By the time she was 12, she had progressed to playing on 14U and 16U teams.
Milyana wants to be an example for young athletes who may feel discouraged or overlooked. She knows firsthand that hard work and a positive attitude can turn doubt into success. As an Extra Impact Ambassador, she hopes to uplift others, showing them that with determination and belief in themselves, they can achieve their goals.

“I want to be an Extra Impact Ambassador because I would love to help and be a positive person for the younger girls,” Kali shared. She knows that every player faces tough moments, whether it’s struggling with confidence, overcoming setbacks, or pushing through adversity. By stepping into this role, she hopes to provide encouragement and guidance, helping others navigate their own paths in the sport.

“I want to be an inspiration and role model to younger girls to never give up and keep trying and pushing to achieve their goals and dreams,” Aria shared. She believes that being an ambassador will not only allow her to support others but will also hold her accountable in her own journey. Knowing that others look up to her will serve as a constant reminder to stay positive, work hard, and be a light to those around her.

“I feel that I could help other little girls and show whoever has a setback or something they think affects them playing their sport does not set them back,” Madisyn shared. She understands that every player faces obstacles, whether physical, mental, or situational, but those challenges don’t have to limit their success.
Through her own experiences, Madisyn has learned that resilience and dedication are key to overcoming adversity. She wants to be a role model for young athletes who may doubt themselves, reminding them that their love for the game and their commitment to improvement are what truly matter.

“I believe that I am a leader by actions and example,” Kyla shared. Starting her softball journey at just five years old, she quickly developed a passion for the game. At seven, she began pitching lessons and has never looked back, balancing her commitment to softball while also playing soccer and basketball when in season.
Kyla understands the value of playing multiple sports and how they contribute to overall athletic development, making her a unique role model for young athletes. She also takes pride in her academic achievements as a straight-A student, demonstrating the importance of time management.
As an Extra Impact Ambassador, Kyla hopes to inspire others by showing that with discipline, organization, and dedication, it is possible to excel in both sports and academics. She wants to encourage young athletes to set goals, stay committed, and embrace the journey toward their dreams.

“I love sharing my journey and experiences with other softball players,” Alexis shared. She understands that young athletes often look up to older players for guidance, just as she does with her own role models. She wants to be that positive influence, not only for her younger sisters, Brooklyn and Caylee, but for all aspiring softball players in her community.
Alexis is passionate about showing what hard work can accomplish while also being open about the struggles players face, such as hitting slumps, mental challenges, and setbacks. She believes it’s important for younger athletes to know that the path to success is not always smooth, but it is always worth it.
As an Extra Impact Ambassador, Alexis hopes to remind players that growth comes through perseverance, and that while the journey may not be perfect, the rewards of dedication and passion make it all worthwhile.

“I want to be an Extra Impact Ambassador because I would like to share my stories and experiences with other people,” Brooklyn shared. She knows firsthand how valuable it is to have someone to look up to, and now she hopes to be that person for the next generation of softball players.
Brooklyn’s positivity is one of her greatest strengths. She understands that everyone faces challenges in the sport, but she wants to help players stay motivated and push through tough moments. “Any time there is an opportunity to learn more about the sport or softball, I want to join,” Kallaway shared. Her love for the game goes beyond just playing—she spends her spare time studying different scenarios for every position on the field to ensure she is always ready. Her dedication to understanding the game at a deeper level makes her a valuable leader and role model for younger athletes.

Having recently marked her second birthday without her mother, Gemma understands the power of resilience and perseverance. “Recently, my teammate’s mom suggested I share my story when I felt ready, and she believed this could be the perfect way to do it,” Gemma shared. After spending time with her family honoring her mom’s memory, she felt inspired to open up and help others who may be going through similar struggles.

“I’ve always been told I’m too small, but have worked hard and still working hard to prove size doesn’t matter!” Caroline shared. She knows firsthand what it feels like to be underestimated, but through dedication and perseverance, she has continued to push past those doubts and prove that hard work is the ultimate equalizer.
Caroline wants to be a role model for younger athletes who may feel overlooked or underestimated because of their size or other challenges. She hopes to show them that determination, grit, and belief in themselves can take them anywhere they want to go in softball and in life.

EXTRA INNING SOFTBALL: Emma Gibson, a passionate athlete for Colorado Batbusters National 18U (Smith) under Coach Joe Smith, is eager to become an Extra Impact Ambassador because of her deep love for the game. “I love softball! I love playing, watching, coaching (assisting at camps, younger girls’ practices, etc.), and continuing to learn about all aspects of softball!” Emma shared. Her enthusiasm for the sport goes beyond the field, as she actively seeks opportunities to teach and inspire younger athletes. She understands the importance of giving back and helping the next generation develop their skills and confidence in the game.
Emma’s long-term goal is to coach at the high school and college levels, making this ambassador opportunity a perfect stepping stone for her future. She sees it as a way to grow her knowledge, connect with the softball community, and contribute in a meaningful way.

“The reason I want to be an Extra Impact Ambassador is because I want to inspire all the amazing athletes across the nation to never give up on their dreams,” Adalynn shared. She believes that every player, no matter their background or challenges, has the ability to achieve greatness if they commit to putting in the work.
Adalynn is passionate about encouraging athletes to give their best effort every time they step onto the field. She wants to remind them that setbacks and obstacles are just part of the journey, and that true success comes from pushing beyond perceived limits to reach their full potential.

She recognizes that leadership comes in many forms and wants to inspire other reserved players to embrace their strengths.
“I need to get out of my comfort zone. I’m a quiet player, and it’s just my personality. I play in my zone but am reserved,” Makenzie shared. She knows that in sports, louder voices often stand out, but she believes that quiet, focused players bring just as much value to the game. She wants to help change the perception that only vocal athletes can lead, proving that composure, dedication, and performance speak volumes.
Makenzie hopes to show young athletes that being introverted doesn’t mean being overlooked. She believes that every player—regardless of personality—can make a difference on and off the field. As an Extra Impact Ambassador, she wants to encourage others to embrace who they are, play with confidence, and understand that leadership comes in many forms.

EXTRA INNING SOFTBALL: Bayleigh Harris, a dynamic athlete for Florida Thunderbolts under Coach Robert Green, is passionate about showing young girls that they can achieve anything they set their minds to—on and off the field. “I want to be an Ambassador so other girls can see that they can be whomever they want to be and do whatever they want to do in life,” Bayleigh shared. She believes in breaking barriers and redefining what it means to be a female athlete. She embraces every opportunity to compete, lead, and inspire, making her a powerful role model for young players.
Bayleigh’s dedication to softball and her involvement in different activities make her a strong advocate for young girls who may feel pressured to choose just one path. She wants to encourage athletes to explore their passions and never feel restricted by societal expectations.
As an Extra Impact Ambassador, Bayleigh hopes to inspire confidence in the next generation, proving that girls belong in sports, leadership roles, and any avenue they choose to pursue. Her message is clear—girls can do it all.

“As an Ambassador last year, I felt it helped pull me out of my comfort zone and embrace my voice,” Marina shared. Previously, she felt hesitant to share her thoughts, believing they might not matter. However, through her role as an ambassador, she realized that her experiences and perspective could help others navigate their own softball journeys.
Marina now feels empowered to speak openly about the lessons she has learned—both the struggles and the successes—so that other athletes can grow from them. She hopes to continue inspiring young players to step out of their comfort zones, believe in themselves, and push toward their goals.

“I would like to become an Extra Impact Ambassador because of things that I learned on the first call for the EIS Watchlist,” Kadynce shared. She values the opportunity to gain insight from experienced athletes and mentors, and she is motivated to take what she learns and pass it on to others. She understands that growth in softball is not just about physical skill but also about mental preparation, teamwork, and resilience.
Kadynce wants to be a role model for other young players, showing them that learning never stops and that helping others is just as important as improving oneself. EXTRA INNING SOFTBALL: Kennedy Keel, a dedicated athlete for Texas Blaze United 12U under Coach Felecia Harrington, is eager to become an Extra Impact Ambassador to further develop her leadership skills and inspire the next generation of softball players. She has always embraced leadership roles, having served as Student Council Representative and Vice President in elementary school, and now she hopes to bring that same passion to the softball community.
“I want to enhance my leadership skills,” Kennedy shared. She has built friendships with middle and high school athletes from different organizations through her elite defensive training and wants to use her role as an ambassador to promote the positive impact Extra Inning Softball has on the sport.
In addition to her love for softball, Kennedy has a passion for writing. Encouraged by her literature teachers, she enjoys storytelling and sharing the journeys of athletes working toward their college dreams. She values learning from those who have recently navigated the recruiting process and hopes to pass on that knowledge to younger players.
As an Extra Impact Ambassador, Kennedy is committed to being a positive voice for EIS, promoting hard work, resilience, and the inspiring stories that help shape the softball community.

EXTRA INNING SOFTBALL: Emma Kerr, a dedicated athlete for Indiana Bombers Gold 2012 under Coach Destiny Doolin, is eager to become an Extra Impact Ambassador to show young athletes the importance of balancing academics and athletics. She understands that excelling in both school and softball takes discipline, time management, and a strong work ethic.
“I would like to show how important grades and time management are as a student-athlete,” Emma shared. She has successfully maintained a 4.0 GPA throughout 6th grade and into 7th grade while managing a demanding softball schedule.
