Should EIS Use a "Watch List" for 14U+ Instead of Traditional Rankings?

Yes, switch to a Watch List format. It’s less stressful for players and still highlights their achievements
No, keep traditional rankings. Ranked lists add value and provide clear recognition
No changes. Continue to rank older players (14U+) and use Watch Lists for younger athletes (10U–12U)
Undecided. I see merits in both systems and would like to hear more feedback from coaches, parents, and players before forming an opinion.
