BALBOA TRAINING
ICYMI, TLI is a huge fan of Rocky. In fact, TLI used to train like Rocky Balboa back in the day, from the one-armed push-ups to chopping wood. Now, TLI never had chickens, so we couldn’t implement Mickey’s footwork training methods.
It seems like Thorndale High, TX, has gone to Mickey’s farm animal training tactics.
TLI couldn’t figure out what this training technique is used for. Maybe, sliding into second awkwardly? But TLI loves the effort. Go Lady Dogs!
