At Extra Inning Softball, education has always been at the heart of what we do. As our platform continues to grow, we’re expanding beyond rankings and stories to bring our community science-backed insight into what truly impacts female athletes—on and off the field.

We’re actively seeking professionals and specialists to collaborate with us through interviews, guest features, and educational content designed to empower athletes, coaches, and parents. This initiative provides a meaningful platform for experts to share their research, amplify their voices, and make a lasting impact across the softball world.

By bridging expert knowledge with everyday experiences, we aim to create conversations that spark understanding, confidence, and growth. Together, we can elevate how female athletes are supported, trained, and celebrated at every level of the game.

  • Growth, Recovery & Sleep: Understanding the science behind rest and performance gains

  • Injury Prevention & the Female Body: Biomechanical differences that matter
