Even casual fans of college softball have likely taken note of the Miami Redhawks over the last couple of seasons.
In addition to fairly dominating their conference, the Redhawks have put together stellar offensive numbers and pulled off some impressive wins in non-conference play. In 2021, as Mid-American Conference champions, the squad earned a 3-seed at the Lexington Regional in the NCAA tournament and earned a similar position at the Blacksburg regional last season.
The Redhawks have become known for their offensive prowess and that high-powered unit has many of its crucial pieces returning in 2023. Could a three-peat be in the cards in Oxford?
