I understand this nomination form is for only Class of 2029 players and that sharing exclusive content that is available to only EIS members is strictly prohibited and is considered an act of theft. [View Use Terms] I also understand that if a member of the EIS Rankings Committee reaches out to the ‘COACH INFO’ listed above and does not receive a response within 3 business days, this player might not be considered for rankings.

I agree that Extra Inning Softball can contact either the coach or parent as needed based on the information provided in this nomination form.
