Cindy Ball-Malone Announces UCF Fall Schedule

ORLANDO, Fla. – The UCF softball team has announced its 2023 fall schedule, a slate that includes four road games, four home games and a three-game intrasquad Knights vs. ‘Nauts series near the end of November.

The Knights will kick off their fall campaign with a three-game road trip through DeLand and Jacksonville, Florida, beginning with a 5 p.m. matchup at the Stetson Hatters Oct. 20. UCF will then continue north for an Oct. 22 twin-bill against the Jacksonville Dolphins and the North Florida Ospreys at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m., respectively, with both games hosted by North Florida.

Following the team’s three-game road trip, the Knights will return home for their first fall contest at the UCF softball complex Oct. 27, when the squad will meet the Florida Tech Panthers at 5 p.m.

UCF will then play its final road game of the fall Nov. 3, when the Knights will make the trip southwest to Lakeland for a 5 p.m. matchup with Florida Southern.

After wrapping up its road slate, the team will return home for six games to conclude the fall schedule, beginning with a Nov. 4 contest against the Saint Leo Lions at 2 p.m. The Knights will then welcome the College of Central Florida to the Kingdom Nov. 10 at 5 p.m. before squaring off against the Florida Gators at the UCF Softball Complex Nov. 12 at 2 p.m.

UCF will finish the fall season with a trio of Knights vs. ‘Nauts games Nov. 28-30. All matchups will be 10-inning games except for the Knights’ meetings with North Florida and Jacksonville Oct. 22 and the team’s three-game Knights vs. ‘Nauts series.

Admission for UCF softball 2023 fall home games is free of charge to the public.
