Now in my second season as an EI Ambassador, I also get the chance to give back—sharing my experiences with new Ambassadors and younger players. With Jesus on my side, I’m all in with my faith, dedication, and hard work to become the best softball player and athlete I can be. Surrounding myself with like-minded athletes keeps the vision alive as we push each other to greatness—on and off the field. ✨ To God be all the glory!”
Esther Grace Young, a 2031 graduate from Auburndale, Florida, is a talented pitcher and utility player for the Birmingham Thunderbolts Premier 2031 – Tennyson. Faith-driven and hardworking, Esther Grace embodies leadership and gratitude, using her platform to inspire younger athletes. Her dedication to both her spiritual and athletic journey makes her a standout example of perseverance, humility, and purpose within the Extra Inning Softball Ambassador program.

Closing the Circle of Impact
The stories shared by our Ambassadors remind us that the power of softball stretches far beyond the scoreboard. Every word, every act of encouragement, and every example of perseverance becomes part of a ripple effect—one that strengthens teammates, families, and entire communities. 🌟
These young women prove that leadership isn’t about titles or trophies; it’s about lifting others while continuing to grow yourself. Whether through mentorship, friendship, or faith, they’re creating a culture of confidence and kindness that will echo through the next generation of players.
As we continue introducing our Extra Impact Ambassadors by region, one thing is clear: when girls empower girls, the game—and the world—becomes a better place. 💜
Stay tuned as we head to the next region and spotlight more remarkable athletes who continue to empower, inspire, and support—on the field and beyond.
