Educational Background

Holland holds an associate’s degree in Criminal Justice from the College of Western Idaho and dual bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Idaho. She also earned a master’s degree in Victim Services Management from Sam Houston State University, where she focused on business management, boundary setting, and resource utilization. Additionally, she has professional experience as a former employee of the Ada County Prosecutor’s Office.

Family Life

Aside Holland’s education pursuits, she worked full time for more than a decade while putting herself through school and raising 4 beautiful children as a single mother. Her youngest, Joseph Strickland, graduates in May 2025 and her first grandbaby arrives at the end of April 2025.
