Today–Wednesday, April 25, 2018–kicks off the no-recruiting contact rule and, not surprisingly, we saw a flurry of last-minute verbals over the last week to major programs including Florida, Florida State, Georgia, Georgia Tech, Kentucky, LSU, Oklahoma, Oregon, Penn State, UCLA, Washington and Wisconsin and dozens more as players wanted to get in “under the wire.”
And more will continue to come to light–we just received an ACC commit minutes before finalizing this list!
Of course, seniors and juniors will be allowed to talk to college coaches and we will see movement with the upperclassmen too.
This is our searchable “Extra Inning Softball Signing/Verbal Database” which will be updated regularly each Wednesday and, if anything, will serve as a good tool for prospects of all ages to see what players are going where–especially important when a recruit wants to know if a particular university took five pitchers or three middle infielders in their class!
