
Texas A&M-Commerce has named Brittany Miller as the program’s new head coach.
Miller spent the last two seasons as the pitching coach at Texas Tech, guiding the Red Raiders’ staff to a 4.58 team ERA and a .274 opponent’s batting average during the 2022 season.
Prior to joining the staff at TTU, Miller spent four years as the pitching coach at Loyola Marymount and shepherded the West Coast Conference Co-Pitcher of the Year in 2018.
In addition to her time at Texas Tech and LMU, Miller’s resume also includes stints on staff at Iowa State and North Dakota State.
Texas A&M-Commerce is moving to Division 1 effective July 1st. In their final season at the Division II level, the Lions posted a 43-15 overall record, including a 22-8 conference showing, and won the Lone Star Conference tournament.
