As a Rising Star Influencer, Chanell explores two core questions that shape every dugout: “What Makes a Great Teammate?” and “How Do You Build Self-Confidence?” Drawing on travel-ball experience with the Angels, she breaks down the habits that matter most—showing up early, communicating clearly, lifting others after mistakes, and competing with positive energy.
Chanell also opens up about confidence as a daily practice, not a mood: trusting preparation, embracing feedback, and remembering that effort is the one thing an athlete controls. Her message is simple and strong: when you believe in your work and in your teammates, you give your team its edge.
