Calling All College-Bound Prospects

Extra Inning Softball is proud to unveil our newest digital recruiting initiative — On the Radar: Uncommitted Athletes — officially launching August 20, 2025. This game-changing platform is built to spotlight hardworking softball players who are still searching for their perfect collegiate home.

Small Yellow X

In the competitive world of college athletics, it’s crucial for athletes to stand out. The pressure is immense, with thousands of players vying for attention from college coaches. This is where our platform steps in, offering uncommitted athletes a unique opportunity to showcase their talents. But why is being ‘on the radar’ so important?

What Is On the Radar?

On the Radar allows athletes to create a  narrative around their journey. They can include recent stats, top metrics, key achievements or awards, their GPA, tournaments played in, etc. This approach not only humanizes the athlete but also allows coaches to see the potential beyond just statistics and videos.

Designed for junior and senior high school athletes, this page serves as a national exposure tool where college coaches and the softball community can easily discover top uncommitted talent.

Whether you’re looking to get noticed or simply want to be part of the national recruiting conversation — this is where it starts.

Why Get Your Name on the Radar?

While Extra Inning Softball is not a recruiting service, our platform has helped thousands of players boost their visibility and get on the radar of college programs. Athletes who complete the form will be added to a live, searchable database starting August 20.
Attention: On the Radar: Uncommitted & On Fire
We encourage every player listed to proudly share the page across their social media platforms and rally their networks to spread the word. When athletes promote their profiles and drive traffic to the page, it increases exposure not only for themselves, but for every player involved. The more eyes we attract to this platform, the more college coaches nationwide will recognize the unique recruiting opportunity being hosted right here at Extra Inning Softball — ultimately helping uncommitted athletes get discovered and recruited.

Eligibility Requirements

To be featured, athletes must:

  • Be entering junior year (Class of 2027), or currently a junior or senior (Class of 2025–2026)

  • Complete the Get Recruited: Uncommitted Player Form

  • Provide accurate stats, contact info, and media

Keep Your Social Media Recruit-Ready

Before being featured on the Uncommitted Radar page, we highly recommend that athletes take time to update their personal social media profiles — especially on Twitter, where many college coaches actively follow and engage with prospects.

Make sure your bio, pinned posts, highlight videos, and contact information accurately reflect who you are on and off the field. A polished, up-to-date presence not only strengthens your personal brand but also makes it easier for coaches to learn more about you once they click through from our platform.

Deadline Alert: Join Before Launch Day

Athletes should gather all necessary information, including academic achievements, extracurricular activities, and personal achievements. This holistic view will give coaches a better sense of the athlete’s overall performance.

We go live on August 20, 2025, so don’t miss your chance to be included from Day One. If you are — or know — an uncommitted player ready for the next level, now is the time to act.

This initiative doesn’t just benefit athletes; it also provides valuable resources for coaches. By having access to a refined database of uncommitted players, coaches can streamline their recruiting process. This means they can focus on building relationships with players who fit their program’s needs.
