Maddie Scarpace, a 2027 catcher at Nardin Academy in Buffalo, New York, has been named the Diamond Elite National High School Hitter of the Week by Extra Inning Softball. This fan-voted honor is a reflection of Scarpace’s outstanding performance last week—where she delivered at an elite level in all phases of the game. Over four games, she posted a .769 batting average, swiped 10 bases, and anchored her defense with precision.
This feature highlights how Scarpace’s sharp eye at the plate, quick glove behind it, and leadership on the field helped elevate Nardin Academy at a crucial time in the season.
