Arkansas has hired DJ Gasso as the program’s new hitting coach, the program announced on Friday.
Gasso spent three seasons on staff at Utah and was part of the staff that led the Utes back to the NCAA tournament and to the Women’s College World Series in 2023.
In Gasso’s first season at Utah in 2021, the Utes hit 46 home runs, the highest single-season total in a decade.
Prior to Utah, he spent two years as a graduate manager at Oklahoma.
