Lily Bobor – 2028 – Iowa Premier Gold 16u – Shraiberg – 1 Star Ambassador
Lily Bobor is a compassionate athlete whose heart for others shines as brightly as her love for softball. She sees the Extra Impact Ambassador program as the perfect opportunity to combine both—using her platform to help, inform, and inspire while sharing her deep passion for the game. Lily’s leadership is rooted in empathy, especially through her close relationship with her twin brother, Tommy, who is on the Autism spectrum. Her volunteer work at a local respite program allows her to support other children like him, giving her a strong sense of purpose and perspective.
Her first hitting coach played a major role in shaping her confidence and mindset. From lessons at age eight to coaching her 12U team, he pushed Lily to believe in her potential, even from afar after moving to Buffalo. His encouragement continues to remind her of her worth and strength.
Tommy remains Lily’s greatest inspiration—his challenges and determination motivate her to make the most of every opportunity. With the unwavering support of her parents, who remind her that every new day is a chance to grow, Lily has learned to face setbacks with resilience and gratitude.
