UCF Signs Cindy Ball-Malone to Contract Extension

Cindy Ball-Malone and UCF have agreed to a contract extension, the school announced on Wednesday.

The new deal extends Ball-Malone’s existing pact one year, through 2027. She had originally had her contract extended last fall.

Ball-Malone has spent the last four seasons leading the Knights; the 2022 season was inarguably her best at the program’s helm, as the Knights finished the season with 49 wins, hosted a regional for the first time program history, and reached the Super Regional round.

The Knights also won the American Athletic Conference regular-season and tournament titles on the year.
