Performance
Rankings
Turning tournament play into national visibility.
Tournament Performance Rankings (TPR) are a first-of-its-kind system from Extra Inning Softball that recognizes athletes for what they do at a specific tournament. Launched in April 2026, TPR brings objective, event-based evaluation to tournaments and showcases across the country, and it’s free for tournament directors and softball families.
How TPR Works
Verified event performance
TPR recognizes how athletes performed at a specific event, using verified performance data rather than reputation or season-long accomplishments.
Powered by SERV™
Every TPR leaderboard runs through our proprietary SERV™ Methodology: Software, Evaluation, Research, and Verification, for a consistent, objective process.
Offense, defense & position
Athletes are evaluated across offensive production, defensive performance, and position-specific metrics, combined with athlete-submitted achievements.
Free public leaderboards
Results are published on free, public leaderboards on the Extra Inning Softball website, so anyone can see who stood out.
Three Ways to Be Ranked
What Athletes Get
- National visibility for standout tournament performances, beyond the final score.
- A lasting accomplishment. TPR doesn’t disappear when the tournament ends. It’s another measurable achievement that helps tell her story.
- An official recognition graphic athletes can order to celebrate and share their ranking.
- Interviews and player spotlights in our TPR Video Hub.
- A chance to be featured on our national social media. Tag Extra Inning Softball when you share!
Tournament Directors
Bring TPR to your event at no cost. It gives your athletes verified, national-level performance exposure, adds a new layer of recognition to your tournament, and helps position your event as a showcase destination. We’re now scheduling Fall 2026 tournaments and showcases nationwide.
