Before submitting a player for national or regional ranking consideration with Extra Inning Softball, make sure you have the following information ready. Help our Rankings Committee evaluate every athlete fairly.

A FEW QUICK THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND BEFORE YOU SUBMIT YOUR NOMINATION.
🔥Any nomination that does not include all of the information requested on this page will be rejected.
🔥The single most important factor the Rankings Committee considers is strength of schedule. Be sure to include every single tournament the athlete played in over the last year — leaving tournaments off can directly impact her rankings placement.
🔥We suggest coaches provide their personal email address rather than their team email, to help ensure timely communication.
🔥Headshot Photo: Please submit a clear, professional photo of the athlete — no screenshots, hats, or glasses. A school photo or another well-lit photo works great, and she does not need to be wearing her uniform.
🔥The Rankings Committee uses the SERV methodology to evaluate all nominations — Software, Evaluation, Research, Verification.
🔥Athlete stats will be gathered for the period of September 1, 2025 through September 1, 2026. If an athlete does not have access to her stats, best efforts should be made to provide them, as a lack of stats or tournament history can impact her rankings placement. However, we do not want to discourage athletes from being nominated if they only played one season due to injury, illness, or other unforeseeable circumstances — just make note of the situation in the What Else section of the nomination form so the Rankings Committee is aware. 🥎Learn more about SERV.
