Everything you need to gather before you nominate an athlete.
Before submitting a player for national or regional ranking consideration with Extra Inning Softball, make sure you have the following information ready. It helps our Rankings Committee evaluate every athlete fairly.

EIS rankings are based on travel softball. Submit her travel team stats and tournaments only. Do not include high school stats.

Any nomination that does not include all of the information requested on this page will be rejected.
Strength of schedule matters most
It's the single most important factor the Rankings Committee considers. Include every travel tournament she played in over the last year. Leaving tournaments off can directly affect her rankings placement.
Use the coach's personal email
We suggest coaches provide their personal email address rather than their team email to help ensure timely communication.
Headshot photo guidelines
Submit a clear, professional photo of the athlete: no screenshots, hats, or glasses. A school photo or another well-lit photo works great, and she does not need to be wearing her uniform.
Stats window
Stats are gathered for September 1, 2025 through September 1, 2026. If she doesn't have access to her stats, make every effort to provide them, since missing stats or tournament history can affect her placement. If she only played one season due to injury, illness, or other circumstances, still nominate her and explain the situation in the What Else? section.
New to the team? Nominate her separately
If an athlete is new to the team and did not play with her new team during the stats window (Sept 1, 2025 – Sept 1, 2026), please submit her nomination separately from her teammates. She may not have played the same schedule as the team's existing athletes, and her own tournaments and stats need to be evaluated on their own.

Know a standout player outside your organization? Include her name and team name to recommend her.
