Getting Started with MyEIS360
Connect your athlete to her MyEIS360 profile so college coaches can find her, follow her, and see her play.
How to request your MyEIS360 profile

Log into your account
Sign in to your Extra Inning Softball account.

Open the MyEIS360 menu
In the top menu, hover over MyEIS360 and click Request MyEIS360 from the dropdown.

Submit your request
Read the instructions on the page, then click the Request MyEIS360 button.

Check your email
We'll send you a link. If you don't see it within a few minutes, check your spam and junk folders.

Click the link and complete the onboarding form
Open the link in the email we send you and fill out the onboarding form. It gives us the information we need to connect your athlete to your membership.

Give us up to 48 business hours
Our team will review your onboarding form and connect your athlete to your membership.

Set up your password and log in
Once your athlete is connected, we'll email you a link to set up your password. Log into her profile and start editing from there.

Tag us when you share
Share her profile on your favorite social media outlet and tag Extra Inning Softball. We love celebrating our athletes!

Share her profile with college coaches
Her MyEIS360 profile is free for everyone to view, with no membership needed, and college coaches love it. Before you reach out, make sure her profile includes everything you want coaches to know: her schedule, achievements, videos, and more.
Then add her profile link to every email you send to coaches, and let them know they can find her anytime on our Find an Athlete page. It's a one-stop shop with her schedule, achievements, videos, EIS rankings, and tournament performance rankings all in one place.
College coaches can also get a free EIS membership by emailing customerservice@extrainningsoftball.com from their school email address.
Keep our emails out of spam
- Add customerservice@extrainningsoftball.com to your contacts.
- If one of our emails lands in spam, mark it as "Not spam" so future messages reach your inbox.
Once her profile is ready
Log in to edit her profile, upload photos and video, update her stats and schedule, and make sure coaches see the most current version of her.
