Howdy, y’all. Checking in from Las Vegas here, where I’m covering the NFCA Convention this week. Even though it’s December and what’s supposed to be the “quiet” portion of the softball year, there have been plenty of coaching moves and transfer portal entrances that require some note-taking.
And, for good measure, a fledgling D1 conference has a new commissioner and a softball star made a cameo appearance in the USA Today crossword this week! Lots to cover in this edition of my College Softball Notebook.
