Coming Monday… the 2022 Extra Elite 100 Begins!

It’s been a long time coming, but Extra Inning Softball is ready to unveil our list of the top eighth graders in the nation!

Yep, we’ve done our research, talked to dozens (if not hundreds!) of club coaches and college scouts and have pretty much narrowed our list down to who we believe right now are the 100 most elite players in the 2022 class.

But it won’t stop there… we’ve accumulated so many top player recommendations, we’ll do several hundred more as we go through the first of what will be several versions of the 2022 Extra Elite 100!

We’ll update each class after we see the players this summer and tap into the expertise of our network across the nation.

Here is the schedule of the two-week run when we’ll unveil 10 prospects per day counting down from #100 through #1:

• February 26: No’s 100-91
• February 27: No’s 90-81
• February 48: No’s 80-71
• March 1: No’s 70-61
• March 2: No’s 60-51
• March 5: No’s 50-41
• March 6: No’s 40-31
• March 7: No’s 30-21
• March 8: No’s 20-11
• March 9: No’s 10-1

Then we’ll follow up with more 2022 coverage:

• March 12: Extra Elite 100 #1 Player Spotlight
• March 13: No’s 101-200
• March 14: No’s 201-300
