Empowering Girls for Life: How to Watch (or Re-Watch) This Year’s Sessions… Including Two DI National Championship Coaches!

The 5th annual Empowering Girls for Life event took place last month but you can still access all six speaker sessions for FREE.

Having been to sessions of the Empowering Girls for Life (EGFL) series previously, we at Extra Inning Softball are big fans of what is presented every year where great women role models—inside and outside of softball—share their insights, experiences and advice.

This year, the 5th Annual Empowering Girls for Life event was held September 10th and, once again, provided a dynamic array of speakers.

If you were not able to check out the FREE event live or, if you would like to watch it again, the recording of it can be accessed by clicking HERE.

HOW IT WENT…
Lexi Roach, event organizer, noted that there were viewers from nine countries.

According to event organizer Lexi Roach, who oversees the production of Empowering Girls for Life under the direction of Beverly Bandits organizational head Bill Conroy, this year’s fifth edition of the speaker series featured “nine countries represented in attendance at this year’s event.”

Additionally, the viewership was strong as:

“Over 70% of the people who registered, logged in on the day of the event.”

Said one event attendee:

“The presentations were excellent, it was very educational in women’s sports including Title IX and the empowering of women with great stories.”

Added Lexi:

“Because of our generous sponsors, we are able to put on this great event free of charge each year and we’ll have a very exciting announcement coming out about our 2023 event soon so stay tuned!”
