Extended Til Tonight! Send In Your Nomination For the National High School Player of the Week By Monday Night (June 3, 2019)

We’re giving one more day for nominations for last week’s Extra Inning Softball National Player of the Week… we’ll announce Tuesday morning this week’s winner.

Why the delay? Because we–and probably many of you–got so absorbed in the WCWS action this week, we dropped everything to watch the exciting college action that include two walk-off home runs!

Each week during the spring and summer high school seasons, Extra Inning Softball is honoring a National High School Player of the Week.

The honoree is usually announced every Monday night or Tuesday morning (as noted above, this week it’s Tuesday am); cutoff for submitting the nominations for last week’s honorees will be tonight (Monday) at 11 pm EST/8 pm PST.

This week’s action should be from last Monday, May 27, 2019 through today, June 2, 2019.

We’re looking for standouts who excelled in the circle, at the plate or in the field so be sure to nominate your favorite performance(s) by submitting the following:

• Player Name
• Grad Year (example: Class of 2018 or Senior)
• Position(s)
• High school team name with city/state
• Stats for the week (be as detailed as possible!)
• Up-to-date season stats if possible
• Recruiting information if applicable
• Any interesting background on the player
• Action and/or head shots
• If possible, contact info if we’d like more info or quotes
