As announced yesterday, we will be launching our club rankings beginning February 11, 2019 with the rundown of the top teams in the 16U age division.
There are excellent 16U club programs all over the nation and today we spotlight a team from the “Show Me State” as we look in-depth at Coach Bob Turner’s Top Gun Academy squad which, though short on pitching last summer due to injury, still managed to pull off four Top 5 finishes last summer.

- 7th – Tulsa Elite Invitational (lost in single elimination bracket to eventual champion, Texas Glory – Naudin)
- 33rd – TC Sparkler Power Pool
- 33rd – PGF National (lost first bracket game to team that went undefeated and won championship)
2018 RECAP:
“We were running with one pitcher beginning at the Hustle City Invitational and all events listed under that above, as we lost our other starting pitcher to a season-ending injury.”
