The Grand Island Northwest High School softball team, under the leadership of head coach Mitch Sadd, wrapped up their 2024 season with a remarkable 30-4 record. This accomplishment continues a tradition of excellence in a program that has become a powerhouse in Nebraska softball. Over the past five years, Sadd has transformed the Vikings into perennial contenders, claiming back-to-back state championships in his third and fourth years as head coach.
